As with any harness you must take the time and get them used to wearing it. Stay calm with your bird and reward with lots of head scratches and or millet. It helps greatly to distract your bird while wearing the harness for short periods of time. Gradually leave the harness on for longer periods of time until your bird is comfortable wearing it.
